GhostMY EYES ONLYThese Terms govern your access to and use of GHOST's website, mobile app, private-number features, AI tools, and related services.
These Terms are in effect as of September 26, 2026. GHOST is operated by PARALLEL COMMUNICATIONS LLC, based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. You must be at least 18, use the Services lawfully, respect other people's consent and privacy, and review AI-generated suggestions before acting on them.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of GHOST (“GHOST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any service that links to these Terms (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, safeguard your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share account access. We may require age or identity verification when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
GHOST is a personal organization and communications tool designed to help adults keep dating-related conversations separate, remember details they choose to save, receive reminders, and use AI-assisted drafting or summarization. Features may vary by device, country, subscription, carrier, or release.
GHOST is not a dating service, background-check service, identity-verification service, emergency service, legal service, therapy service, or substitute for your judgment. We do not guarantee another person's identity, intentions, safety, compatibility, or truthfulness.
You are responsible for your interactions with other people and for obtaining any consent required to save, process, record, or share information about them. Do not use GHOST to monitor someone, disclose private communications without permission, or create a misleading identity.
Use appropriate caution when meeting or communicating with anyone. In an emergency, contact local emergency services. GHOST does not monitor conversations in real time and cannot provide emergency assistance.
If GHOST offers a provider-assigned phone number, that number remains controlled by GHOST or its telecommunications provider and may be changed, reclaimed, suspended, or reassigned as permitted by law and provider rules. Availability, messaging, calling, voicemail, short-code support, and number portability are not guaranteed.
You may not use a GHOST number for emergency calls, unlawful caller-ID spoofing, impersonation, bulk messaging, robocalling, telemarketing, fraud, harassment, threats, or evasion of a platform or person's block. Carrier fees, data charges, and recipient charges may apply. Communications may be filtered or blocked by carriers and service providers.
A private number helps separate your everyday line. It does not make you anonymous to GHOST, our providers, carriers, recipients, or lawful authorities.
AI-generated reminders, summaries, suggestions, and drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing output, deciding whether to use it, and ensuring anything you send is truthful, lawful, and respectful. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
You may not use AI features to generate deception, harassment, threats, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, unlawful discrimination, or content that violates another person's rights. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the Services.
You keep ownership of content you submit to GHOST. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services, comply with law, and follow settings or instructions you provide. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, and legal-retention periods.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide the content and that our permitted use of it will not violate law or another person's rights. Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
You may not use the Services to:
If a paid feature is offered, its price, billing period, included features, and any trial terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically only when disclosed at checkout and permitted by law. Taxes may apply.
Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another platform are billed and managed under that platform's terms. You can cancel through the same platform or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges. Refunds are handled under the policy disclosed at purchase and any rights provided by law or the applicable app store.
GHOST may rely on app stores, telecommunications carriers, AI providers, authentication services, payment processors, and other third parties. Their products and terms may apply to your use of those features. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, outages, or practices outside our control.
The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, branding, and other materials we provide, are owned by GHOST or its licensors and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
You may stop using GHOST at any time and may close your account through available settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, failed to pay applicable charges, or if suspension is required by law or a service provider.
We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. We will provide notice when required by law. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will receive additional notice when required, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” GHOST disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate, or that messages will always be delivered.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHOST and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from or related to the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, GHOST's total liability for claims arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid GHOST for the Services during the twelve months before the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold GHOST harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your content, or your material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from GHOST's own misconduct.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and GHOST about the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Before filing a formal claim, you and GHOST agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by email. Any unresolved dispute may be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction.
